Booking & Payment
Draft adapted from the Pedal’s Paradize booking framework. Customers submit a booking request with passenger information and accept the applicable terms before confirmation. Final payment methods, deposit requirements and payment deadlines will be inserted once EeZy confirms them.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Draft placeholder. EeZy’s final cancellation policy will be adapted from the uploaded reference policy and adjusted specifically for international sailing tours, weather, vessel operations and destination-entry requirements.
Travel Documents
Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas and any other documentation required by the destination authorities. A reservation does not guarantee entry into another territory.
Operational Changes
Sailing schedules may be affected by weather, sea conditions, immigration requirements, vessel availability or other operational considerations. Final wording will be approved by the company before launch.
